- Second Period Score: Suddenly it is. . . Oilers 5 – Mammoth 3
- Oilers Record: 6-4-2
- Mammoth Record: 8-2-0

- Goaltending: Skinner: Saves 20/Shots 23 | Vejmelka: Saves 19/Shots 25
McDavid’s wizardry was on full display to engineer a come-back, staying in point-a-game performance, adding a couple of goals tonight for good measure. Draisaitl is hitting full stride as a goal-a-game Super Star NHL sniper, again (Can you say--Record-setting pace?). Mammoth jumped out to an early lead on a stand-out first period by Kuyle. The Oilers team is built for May, not October. Full trust in the process. Skinner gave the Mammoth a free-one, and otherwise played competently as usual.
